Hi,
I had a terrible flight from missed connections and lost bags coming from Pennsylvania to Denver. Our Driver had to pick me up much later than was originally expected. He was so nice! He had contacted me once during my trip out after I called Supreme and told them I was going to get in late. They were so nice even at the late hour. Same driver took me back to the airport as well. The entire time he was kind and caring, I was very stressed out! He talked to me like an old friend and helped me feel calmer. My driver then sent me a text on my way home to wish me a better trip back, so thoughtful. He also called me after I arrived home to be sure I was ok. He went way beyond his job description I am sure. I was having issues and was really dreading the trip home. My driver reached out to me in a time of great pressure and I thank him so much for that. My husband is grateful as well. I was traveling alone and just to know someone cared helped him at home. He now knew my driver would get me to the airport safely and on time. In this day and age it is rare to find someone that truly does their job well. Gary did more than that, he did it with the grace of a gentleman!
